Day 1 & 2

Yesterday was Day one and there were definatly some tough times. Just from day one I have realized that my biggest problem is my habit of eating. I don't eat because I'm actually hungry, I eat for no reason at all. Sometimes I'm bored other times its because Ellie is eating or I just do. I found my self countless times opening the fridge or pantry and looking around like I was lost. Day two has been a little easier so far. Yesterday I felt slightly hungry all day but never horrible. Today the only times I have noticed hunger were right about the time for my morning snack then before lunch. I have been making good choices for my snacks so far and I sure hope I will have the sense to keep it up. Along with adding the Isagenix I have also discarded coffee and overly processed foods. Surprisingly I haven't felt too much of a withdraw from the coffee,  I have been drinking a Want more Energy packet once a day which I'm sure is helping. My short term plan is to keep this up and start to add in some activity next week. I will start the C25K program, again. I am giving my self a few days to allow my body to adjust to the major changes in nutrition before I shock it again with getting off the sofa lol
